Personally I feel like a new ‘Radiohead’ album would be largely irrelevant in the scheme of music. They were never a band that were going to “change” anything, they have some really great albums but seriously try and name a band or album that was legitimately influenced by Radiohead in a good way. Seems like Radiohead now make music “the hard way”, using a bunch of expensive gear as an influence rather than anything tangible (which was what made their earlier albums great). I mean when your lead singer is on the “New Moon Soundtrack” you’re bound to struggle with authenticity.
